Crews4U Terms of Service
Effective Date: October 6, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Crews4U, including its website, accounts, job marketplace, hiring tools, communications features, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). In these Terms, “Crews4U,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Crews4U LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company and the operator of the Crews4U Service.
By creating an account, purchasing a service, posting a job, submitting an application, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Crews4U Privacy Policy.
Public Jobs, Calendar Copies and Hiring Assessments
Company Admins may enable public job pages and an embeddable careers widget. This makes active job titles, company names, descriptions, pay and general locations available to visitors and search engines. Employers are responsible for keeping published opportunities accurate and closing filled jobs. Search appearance is not guaranteed, and third-party cached copies may persist after removal. Agency client names are excluded from these public job feeds.
Calendar tools create a copy of an accepted interview with a default 60-minute slot. Confirm its duration and current details with the hiring team. Crews4U changes do not automatically update external calendars. Qualification marks reflect employer assessments; reported hires reflect employer-set application status and are not independently verified employment outcomes.
1. Crews4U's Role
Crews4U operates an online employment marketplace designed to connect job seekers with employers. Employers may publish employment opportunities and use hiring-management tools, while job seekers may create profiles, search for jobs, save jobs, create job alerts, submit applications, and communicate with employers.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Crews4U is not an employer, staffing agency, recruiter, employment agency, or representative of either an employer or job seeker. Crews4U does not make hiring decisions and does not guarantee employment, applicants, interviews, offers, hires, candidate qualifications, job availability, or any particular hiring result.
Recruiting and staffing agencies may use the Service to advertise opportunities for their clients and manage their own recruiting activity. The agency shown on a posting is responsible for that opportunity and its recruiting practices. Crews4U LLC does not employ, dispatch, place, supervise, pay or provide workers for agencies or their clients.
2. Accounts, Age Eligibility, and Account Security
You must be at least 18 years old to create or maintain a Crews4U account or use account-based features of the Service. By creating an account, you represent and confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Crews4U may restrict or terminate an account if we reasonably determine that the account holder is under 18.
You must provide accurate and current information when creating and maintaining an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account. You may not impersonate another person or organization or misrepresent your identity, company affiliation, qualifications, or authority.
Crews4U may require email verification before certain account features can be used. Unverified accounts that remain unverified for 30 days may be automatically deleted.
You must promptly notify Crews4U at admin@crews4u.com if you believe your account has been accessed or used without authorization.
3. Candidate Accounts
Candidates may earn Candidate Pro through two qualifying new, email-verified referrals. Candidates who already paid retain referral-earned Pro and receive a refund of one eligible Pro purchase, for the actual amount paid including applicable tax charged, subject to the eligibility, payment review and processing rules in the Referral Program Terms. No duplicate refund is provided for refunded or disputed payments. The separate candidate and employer programs, attribution requirements, exclusions and review process are also governed by those Referral Program Terms.
Candidates are responsible for the accuracy of information submitted through Crews4U, including profiles, résumés, skills, certifications, experience, availability, contact information, and application materials.
Unless a feature is expressly identified as verified by Crews4U, Crews4U does not independently verify or guarantee a candidate's identity, employment history, licenses, certifications, skills, education, references, eligibility for employment, or other qualifications.
When a candidate applies for a job, relevant application, profile, résumé, and contact information may be made available to the employer associated with that job.
Searching and applying for jobs remain free. Candidate Pro is an optional, one-time purchase for the tools described at checkout, including résumé generation from saved information. Employer discovery is free for all eligible candidate accounts with explicit consent. It is not a fee for obtaining a job and does not guarantee visibility, contact or employment. Candidate Pro is not a recurring subscription.
Employer discovery is optional and separate from applying for a job. Recruiting and staffing agency discovery requires a separate opt-in. Turning discovery off stops future discovery searches and new outreach through those features; it does not withdraw applications or erase conversations or records already shared with authorized hiring teams. Discovery permission does not authorize an agency to forward your résumé to its clients.
The profile completion checklist is guidance based on saved information, not credential verification or a hiring score. Optional résumé, education, work history and qualifications are not prerequisites for applying through Crews4U.
4. Employer and Company Accounts
Employers are responsible for maintaining accurate company information and ensuring that individuals using a company account are authorized to act on behalf of that company.
Company administrators may be able to invite or manage additional employer users and assign access to company hiring functions. The company and its administrators are responsible for managing that access appropriately.
Employers are solely responsible for their job postings, applicant communications, screening practices, interview processes, employment decisions, compensation representations, workplace requirements, and compliance with applicable employment, wage-and-hour, anti-discrimination, accessibility, privacy, and other laws.
Agency account holders must have authority to recruit for each client and accurately label direct-hire, temporary, contract or temp-to-hire opportunities. Agencies are responsible for any licenses, registrations, permissions and candidate or client agreements required for their activities. Private client records and recruiter tasks are available to authorized members of the agency hiring team. Naming a client on an agency profile requires confirmation of the client's permission; job-level disclosure is separately controlled.
5. Job Postings
Job postings must describe legitimate employment opportunities and must not be fraudulent, deceptive, misleading, discriminatory, unlawful, abusive, or intended primarily to collect personal information.
Employers may make legitimate updates to an active posting, including changes to its description, compensation, schedule, requirements, location, benefits, contact information, and similar operational details.
Once a posting has received an application, Crews4U may restrict changes to identifying elements of that posting, including its job title or trade classification, in order to preserve the integrity of applicant records. A posting may not be repurposed into a materially different position merely to avoid creating a new job record.
Closing a job does not necessarily delete applications, messages, interview information, or other hiring records associated with that job.
6. Applications and Hiring Communications
Crews4U may provide tools for applications, screening questions, messages, interview requests, interview responses, application statuses, offers, and related hiring communications.
Users are responsible for the content of their communications and must use these features professionally and lawfully. Crews4U does not guarantee that another user will read, respond to, or act upon a message, application, interview request, or other communication.
Agency task lists, reminders and interview calendars are organizational tools. Marking a task complete does not send a candidate message, confirm an interview or change an application status. Interview invitations awaiting a response are distinct from candidate-confirmed interviews. Users must check the underlying conversation and time zone before acting.
7. Employer Plans and Job Slots
Employer pricing and capacity are based on the plan or job-slot purchase selected at checkout.
The Single Job option is priced as displayed at checkout and provides one active-job slot for 30 days. During that 30-day period, an employer may close a job and reuse the available slot for another legitimate posting. Reusing a slot does not permit an existing job record to be converted into a materially different position.
The Small Business plan is billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout, at the displayed price and provides up to five active job slots at a time. The Growing Team plan is billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout, at the displayed price and provides up to twenty active job slots at a time. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, subscriptions renew on their selected monthly or annual schedule until canceled.
Additional active-job capacity may be purchased at the displayed Single Job price per additional slot for 30 days. Closing an active job generally makes that capacity available for another legitimate posting while the applicable plan or slot remains active.
Current prices, features, taxes, plan limits, and other purchase details displayed during checkout control if they differ from a general description in these Terms.
The Recruiting & Staffing plan is billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout, at the displayed price and includes unlimited active postings, subject to posting, outreach, security and fair-use limits. Agency client-management and recruiter-task features require an active agency account and plan. Unlimited postings do not mean unlimited messages or unrestricted access to candidate information.
Each employer business receives one complimentary standard job posting for 30 days after email verification and automated business checks. Recruiting/staffing agencies receive one posting per agency, regardless of client count. The credit has no cash value, is non-transferable, does not stack with a paid discount, and is consumed only on successful publication. It belongs to the business; changing accounts, closing or deleting a posting or account does not restore it. Reopening the same job within its original period does not extend that period. Additional hiring requires a paid option. Crews4U may review matching business details and technical abuse signals; contact support to correct mistaken matches.
Eligible employer or agency early-access signups may receive 50% off their first paid Single Job purchase or the first month of an eligible monthly plan. The account email must match the early-access signup email. The offer is used once following successful payment and does not discount later renewals, extra purchases or Candidate Pro. Annual subscriptions already include annual savings and do not receive the 50% launch discount. Choosing annual billing as the first paid purchase after signup permanently forfeits any unused launch offer upon successful payment. Abandoning checkout does not consume the offer. Annual plans are paid upfront and renew yearly until canceled. Eligibility and the applied discount are shown at checkout.
A separate limited-availability promotion, CREW50, may offer 50% off the first invoice for an eligible new monthly subscription, subject to the first 50 successful redemptions in the applicable Stripe payment environment and any eligibility restrictions shown at checkout. This promotion does not apply to Single Job purchases or annual plans and cannot be combined with an early-access discount. Subsequent subscription invoices are billed at the applicable regular subscription rate. Entering a code does not guarantee eligibility or reserve one of the 50 redemptions; the final price and discount must be confirmed before payment.
8. Billing and Payment Processing
Crews4U uses third-party payment processing services, including Stripe, to process employer purchases, subscriptions and optional Candidate Pro purchases. Payment information submitted during checkout is handled according to the applicable payment provider's terms and privacy practices.
Recurring subscriptions may be managed through the billing-management tools provided through Crews4U. Cancellation or plan changes may take effect immediately or at the end of the applicable billing period, depending on the transaction and the options presented when the change is made.
Crews4U does not promise a refund except where a refund is expressly offered or required by applicable law. Before completing a purchase, users should review the price, billing frequency, and other terms displayed during checkout.
Crews4U LLC is the seller of the Service. Review the total, taxes if applicable, billing frequency, promotional period and renewal amount before paying. Monthly subscriptions renew at the applicable subscription price unless canceled. Publishing a new price for new purchases does not by itself change an existing subscription or an already-created checkout.
Company administrators can access subscription management from the company's billing controls. If those controls are unavailable, contact support@crews4u.com for cancellation assistance. Deleting an individual company-user account does not itself cancel the company's subscription. A cancellation confirmation identifies when cancellation takes effect.
For duplicate charges, a billing mistake or a service-access problem, contact support with the account email and transaction reference. Do not send payment-card numbers. Refund requests are reviewed under the purchase terms and applicable law. Your rights under applicable law are preserved.
9. Saved Jobs, Job Alerts, and Notifications
Crews4U may allow candidates to save jobs and create job alerts based on criteria such as trade, ZIP Code, and search radius. Crews4U may also provide account, application, message, interview, offer, job alert, security, and other service-related notifications.
Job alerts and notifications are provided as convenience features. Crews4U does not guarantee that every matching opportunity or account event will generate or successfully deliver a notification.
10. Reporting, Moderation, and Crewbie
Users may be able to report jobs, users, messages, or other content for issues such as suspected fraud, misleading information, spam, harassment, discrimination, or safety concerns.
Crews4U may review reports and take appropriate action under these Terms. Crews4U may use automated or artificial-intelligence-assisted tools, including Crewbie, to help administrators analyze reported content and identify information that may warrant review.
Crewbie's moderation analysis is an administrative assistance tool. It does not make employment decisions and is not intended to make final enforcement decisions. Human administrators remain responsible for moderation decisions based on the information available to them.
Where enabled, verified Candidate Pro users may choose to use Crewbie to draft professional profile sections. This requires the displayed consent to send the provided notes and selected saved professional information to OpenAI. Drafts may contain errors; candidates must review them, select the sections to use and confirm changes before saving. Do not submit confidential employer information or unnecessary sensitive personal information. AI use is optional and subject to the usage limits displayed in the tool. Disabling AI does not remove saved profiles or résumé downloads from saved information.
11. User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit to Crews4U. By submitting content, you grant Crews4U LLC a non-exclusive license to host, store, process, reproduce, display, transmit, and otherwise use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, and administer the Service and provide its features to you and other authorized users.
You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit the content you provide and that your content and use of the Service do not violate applicable law or the rights of another person or organization.
Honest Reviews and Feedback
Nothing in these Terms, our moderation rules or any other Crews4U policy restricts your ability to share honest reviews or opinions about Crews4U LLC, its services or your experience, including negative reviews, on this Service or elsewhere. Crews4U LLC will not impose a fee or penalty, threaten legal action, suspend an account, or withhold an otherwise eligible refund, referral reward or service solely because you provide an honest review. You retain ownership of your reviews; any license granted above is non-exclusive.
We may moderate content containing confidential or private information, unlawful content, harassment, abuse, threats, clearly false or misleading statements, or content unrelated to our services, as permitted by applicable law. Disagreement with an opinion or a negative rating alone is not grounds for removal or account action. These protections do not prevent lawful action for independently established violations of our policies or applicable law.
12. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use Crews4U to:
- engage in fraud, deception, harassment, discrimination, threats, or unlawful conduct;
- publish fake or misleading job opportunities;
- collect or use personal information for unauthorized purposes;
- send spam or unsolicited commercial communications through the Service;
- scrape, harvest, systematically extract, or improperly copy information from the Service;
- introduce malware, malicious code, or harmful content;
- circumvent security, rate limits, access restrictions, payment requirements, or account controls;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data;
- interfere with the operation or security of Crews4U; or
- use the Service in a manner that violates applicable law.
13. Suspension and Termination
Crews4U may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts or access to particular features when reasonably necessary to address violations of these Terms, suspected fraud or abuse, security risks, nonpayment, unlawful activity, threats to users or the Service, or legal requirements.
Users may stop using Crews4U at any time. Certain records may remain after account closure when reasonably necessary for transaction records, hiring records, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or other legitimate operational purposes as described in the Privacy Policy.
14. Third-Party Services
Crews4U relies on third-party services to operate portions of the Service, including payment processing, hosting, database infrastructure, email delivery, and artificial-intelligence-assisted moderation. Crews4U LLC is not responsible for independent third-party services outside its control.
15. Service Availability
Crews4U may modify, update, suspend, discontinue, or introduce features as the Service develops. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available operation.
The Service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. Crews4U does not guarantee the accuracy of information supplied by users or any particular employment or hiring outcome.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Crews4U LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the Service, interactions between users, employment decisions, user-submitted information, or third-party services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
17. Changes to These Terms
Crews4U LLC may update these Terms as the Service, business, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. When appropriate, Crews4U may provide notice of material changes or require users to accept an updated version before continuing to use affected features.
These Terms are supplemented by the Employer & Job Posting Standards and, for participants, the Referral Program Terms. Information practices are described in the Privacy Policy.
